Three Charged in Unadilla Theft

3 people are facing charges in connection with a copper pipe theft at a former Unadilla restaurant. Police say Justin Cirigliano of Bainbridge along with Daniel Racquet and Brianna Wubbenhorst, both of Unadilla were spotted taking the pipes from the Unadilla House on Main St. and the 3 were apprehended during a traffic stop on I-88. They are all facing stolen property possession charges plus Wubbenhorst was charged with possessing methamphetamine.
