State Police Arrest Plymouth Man on Multiple Sex Offenses

Delos J. Holmes, 36 of Plymouth, was charged with one count of first-degree criminal sexual act, one count of second-degree rape, both felonies, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a Class A misdemeanor.

The arrest by state police at Norwich was made following an investigation into alleged sexual contact with two children under age 15.

Holmes was arraigned in Guilford Town Court and remanded to the Chenango County correctional facility on $75,000 cash bail. The investigation is continuing.
