Police Search for Man on Run After Robbing Norwich Kwik Fill at Gunpoint

The Chenango County Sheriff's Office is investigating an armed robbery that occurred at around 7 p.m. Sunday at the Kwik Fill Gas Station on State Hwy 12 in the Town of Norwich.

An unknown white male entered the store and showed what appeared to be a handgun and demanded money. He fled the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of money and was last scene entering the plaza across the street.

He is described as being approximately 6 feet tall dressed in a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, dark shoes, black and white gloves, and a white knit hat and or a white face mask.
