Jennifer Morris, the 28-year-old East Branch woman accused of sending Facebook messages threatening the Walton School Disctrict, was in court Monday to seek a plea deal.

Her attorney, however, requested and was granted an adjournment. Morris will re-appear in Delaware County Court and possibly reach a plea deal at 1 p.m. Sept. 16. She remains in the Delaware County Correctional Facility on $20,000 bail.

Morris was charged with four counts of felony falsely reporting an incident. She also faces seven counts of aggravated harassment for her e-mails to six adults.
