Morris Indicted and Trial Scheduled for December

A Delaware County Grand Jury indicted 28-year-old Jennifer Morris of East Branch Monday on four counts of falsely reporting an incident and seven counts of aggravated harassment.

The indictment alleges that on three occasions in June, Morris reported or circulated information warning that there would be an explosion on the Walton Central School grounds.

At her arraignment Monday, the judge scheduled her case for the December trial term. She was remanded back to the Delaware County Jail on $20,000 cash bail.
