Jennifer Morris, 28, of East Branch, pled guilty Monday to a felony charge of falsely reporting an incident as part of a plea deal with prosecutors.

Morris posted Facebook messages threatening students in Walton and claimed that an explosion would rock Walton Central School.

She had been charged with four counts of falsely reporting an incident and seven counts of aggravated harassment.

The plea deal means Morris will likely serve six months in Delaware County Jail, after which she will serve five years probation and be prohibited from having contact with any of the children named in the case.
