Woman Who Cyber-Threatened Walton School Children Is Back In Jail

The Delaware County woman who pleaded guilty last September to making on-line threats against Walton school children is back in jail.

28-year-old Jennifer Morris was arrested Wednesday for breaking her probation by going onto a social media site using a cell phone she had gained access to.

Morris was arrested in January of 2013 for using Facebook to issue threats and send harassing messages. She was indicted on charges of falsely reporting an incident and several counts of aggravated harassment, before reaching a plea deal with prosecutors.

Morris was arraigned in Delaware County court and remanded to the Delaware County jail pending a hearing.
