Delaware County deputies with help from New York State troopers arrested Rolland F. Billadeau and charged him with harassment. Billadeau is accused of pushing and striking a victim during a domestic dispute.

Justin Schoonmaker, 36, Oneonta, arrested on charges of petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and tampering with evidence.

Otsego County deputies arrested Stephen J. Schultz, 30, of Morris. Schultz was charged with resisting arrest and harassment following a domestic dispute.

49-year-old Melissa D. Rotolo of Milford was arrested by Otsego County deputies and charged with illegal trespassing, criminal mischief, and petit larceny.

32-year-old Mitchum Lyons of Oneonta was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, illegal front windshield, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.

Delhi Village police arrested 31-year-old Michael T. Varian of Delhi for petit larceny.

Oneonta police arrested Keshia Poole, 37-years-old, living in Howes Cave. Poole is charged with third-degree assault.

23-year-old Taniya Philpot of Oneonta was arrested by Oneonta police and charged with acting in manner injurious to a child younger than 17.

Patrick Jacoby, 37, of Oneonta, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief, attempted petit larceny and harassment.

30-year-old Michael Vogel of Walton was arrested on drug charges. Authorities accused him of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
