What were the most-read local hard news stories of 2013?

"Local" means they occurred in the CNY News coverage area of Chenango, Delaware and Otsego Counties. They have been ranked according to how many individual people clicked and read the story. Although we cover news events in other neighboring counties and in New York state as a whole, the three afore-mentioned counties are our main focus.
