Cody Barnes, a current inmate at the Otsego County Correctional Facility, was again arrested on narcotics charges this week.

A Davenport woman was arrested last week for selling heroin in the City of Oneonta.

A second suspect in December's attempted armed robbery and shooting incident in Cooperstown has been arrested. Stephen Janiszeski of Ocoee, Florida is accused of conspiring with Barry Renert to rob a Cooperstown business.

On Tuesday June 17th, the Oneonta Police Department arrested Erika M. Speller of Oneonta after an investigation into narcotics sales.

Tuesday night's storm swept through Delaware County in dramatic fashion, causing many to lose power.

On June 16th state troopers arrested Jamie L. Brown, 21, of Norwich for harassment.

The Delaware County District Attorney says a Walton man has been indicted on two counts of criminal mischief, two counts of animal cruelty, and two counts of holding stolen property. Four of the charges are misdemeanors, two are felonies.

On June 15th, state troopers arrested Gary N. Hackett, 41, of Guilford for felony driving while intoxicated and felony aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree.
