A Whitesboro Police Officer is dead following a two-car crash on Oriskany Boulevard.

We know her name, and have known it for over a century.  But who is this woman?  And where is this portrait hung?  We have all passed it many times over the years.  So where is this mystery spot?

Delaware 911 received a 911 call for a structure fire in the East Meredith Fire District. Upon arrival on scene at 478 Dehning Road responding units found a 4-unit apartment building fully involved with reports of two children trapped in one of the upstairs apartments...
