Otsego County Sheriff Rich Devlin, Jr. Wins Re-Election

It was a tight race for Otsego County Sheriff.  Incumbant Richard Devlin, Jr. has won his re-election bid for another term.  He defeated Bob Fernandez with a vote count of 10,392 to Bob Fernandez's 9,356.
