The Otsego County Department of Health (OCDH) released their COVID-19 report yesterday, stating that there are were 28 new cases confirmed over the weekend in the county. There are currently 93 active cases in the county with 4 hospitalizations. Health officials are very concerned with the significant jump in cases.  Of the 1185 total confirmed cases (since last March), 764 cases are linked to SUNY Oneonta (according to the OCDH) and 70 are associated with Hartwick College.

In Delaware County, Delaware County Public Health reported Thursday (11/22) that there are now 43 known active cases in the county. There are currently 5 people hospitalized with COVID-19 complications. The number of county residents under mandatory quarantine is at 201. Since March there have been a total of 3080 confirmed cases.

In Chenango County, the Department of Health reported Friday (11/20) on the number of coronavirus cases. There were 57 active cases with 4 current hospitalizations related to the virus and 411 people are under mandatory quarantine.
