Norwich Man Faces Domestic Violence Charge in Oneonta

A 29-year-old man faces charges in connection with a Town of Oneonta domestic violence incident that happened last month. According to Sheriff Richard J. Devlin the investigation into the Feb. 10 incident resulted in Jeffrey Sabines of Norwich being arrested for Menacing and Endangering the Welfare of A Child. The investigation found Sabines displayed a weapon and threatened the victims. Sabines was arraigned then released on his own recognizance under the new criminal justice reform guidelines.
