Martha Stewart’s Westchester-Inspired Restaurant Is Opening Closer to Home
Local Celeb Opens Restaurant Inspired By Westchester County Home
It might be an insult to call THE Martha Stewart a local celeb, but we mean it the most flattering way possible.
Hudson Valley-Westchester County resident Martha Stewart is still griding and has just opened a 2nd restaurant location.
If you didn't know, Martha opened a restaurant called The Bedford in at Paris in Las Vegas back in 2022.
According to MarthaStewart.com, The Bedford is inspired "by Martha's 1925 country farmhouse in Westchester."
Of course the restaurant showcases Martha's "love of entertaining and some of her favorite recipes." The website goes on to write:
The thoughtfully curated menu is crafted using locally sourced ingredients and includes dishes such as Big Martha's Pierogies, a flavorful Kurobuta Pork Chop, and a classic Niçoise Salad.
There are also signature cocktails named the Martha-tini or a frozen pomegranate Martha-rita.
Martha Stewart Opens 2nd Restaurant Location
Vegas is a pretty far trip to try the Westchester County inspired restaurant, and Martha must have taken notice.
A new location is opening up closer to home. The Bedford is opening a 2nd location at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut.
MarthaStewart.com is reporting that the second location will officially open on March 14th, 2026 and will be located at Grand Pequot Tower at Foxwoods.
Martha's Bedford restaurant joins other celebrity restaurants at Foxwoods including Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen and Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto's Momosan.
The Bedford at Foxwoods will be open 7 days a week for breakfast and dinner. Lunch will be available Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Reservations can be made now on the Foxwoods website.
