Fundraiser for Norwich’s Historic Theater

More than a year ago Todd and Rich Barnes of Norwich took over the Colonia Theater  in the center of Norwich. Since that time the historic building has been undergoing restoration and renovation, with the focus currently on the balcony and floors.

To help with the cost of the project, the theater will hold a special fundraiser this Wednesday 6th November, kicking off at 5:30 p.m. with a tour and followed by an auction. You can preview the auction items by going to their Facebook page. Indiana Jones fans will be pleased to learn the auction will be followed by a showing of the Raiders of the Lost Ark.

In addition to the tour and auctions,  hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be donated by a local business. Tickets for the event are on sale at the theater box office. Everyone is invited to the Colonia Theater to show their support for the historic building.
