Just like any community, there are people who step up to help in any way they can.

More than a year ago Todd and Rich Barnes of Norwich took over the Colonia Theater  in the center of Norwich. Since that time the historic building has been undergoing restoration and renovation, with the focus currently on the balcony and floors.
