The Western Broome Environmental Stakeholders Coalition is offering updates on the study of the health of former IBM Endicott workers in connection with chemical contamination in the area of the former IBM plant.  The update describes the progress on the study of overal mortality, cancer incidents and birth defects among the offspring of former workers.

The group will be publicizing the study results in upcoming weeks.

The coalition says additional educational information on cancer mortality in IBM Endicott plant workers 1969-2001: an update on a NY production plant can be found at www.ncbi.hlm.gov.
