Dog Handling Classes to Start September 25

A 4-H dog handling program for youth ages 8-19 will begin on Sunday, September 25 from 1-3:00 pm.  The classes will be held at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Education in Cooperstown.  There are many ways to participate in these classes and owning a dog is not required.
