Country Singer Randy Travis Released From Hospital. Transferred to Rehab Center.

Randy Travis has been released from Baylor Medical Center in Plano, Texas.

The 54-year old singer, who suffered a heart attack and a stroke on July 10, still faces a long road to full recovery.  Travis' fiancee, Mary Davis, thanked Randy's fans, friends and family for their continuing support.  The singer did not address the media upon his release from the hospital.
