All crimes described in police media releases are allegations. Named suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Otsego County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Todd M. Jorgensen, 40, of New Berlin, on a charge of second-degree criminal contempt. He allegedly violated an order of protection. Jorgensen was locked-up in the county jail on unrelated charges at the time of his arrest.

Cobleskill state troopers arrested 40-year-old Shawn Stuber on second-degree criminal contempt charges. Stuber lives in Cobleskill.

24-year-old Edward Anderson was charged June 17th with drunk driving. Charges included driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while drunk.

Marissa Hadsell, 28, was arrested by state troopers based in Oneonta on June 10th. Hadsell was charged with petty larceny.

32-year-old Bryce Charles of Davenport Center was arrested on June 17th. Charles was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child.

Jeffrey Eckler, 46, of Laurens, was charged on June 14th with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Holly Rossman, 33-years-old, was charged on June 10th with petty larceny.

Otsego deputies arrested Dezarac Yother, 41, on charges including second-degree forgery, possession of a forged instrument, possession of stolen property, operating an unregistered, uninspected and uninsured vehicle, and improper plates.

39-year-old Daniel D.White of Mount Upton, is facing multiple charges including aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, bypassing an ignition interlock restriction, speeding, reckless driving, and operating an unregistered, uninspected and uninsured vehicle.
