I love these old pictures.  They are like history puzzles.  Even if you do not know where a certain building was in the past you can usually look for clues.  Landmarks.  Neighboring buildings, a familiar street sign, a busy corner.

But this one has me puzzled.  No name or location is given.  It is from a photo card from Oneonta, 1917.  The corner looks fairly anonymous but the church looks grand.  Even has a room on the roof.  And look at those stained glass windows!

Does anybody know where this church was in Oneonta almost exactly 100 years ago?
