* HAZARD TYPES...LAKE EFFECT SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 3 TO 7 INCHES IN NORTHERN
  OTSEGO COUNTY INCLUDING RICHFIELD SPRINGS...CHERRY VALLEY...AND
  COOPERSTOWN.

* TIMING...A WEAK LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL BRING LIGHT SNOW TODAY.
  BEHIND THAT SYSTEM...HEAVY LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL DEVELOP
  TONIGHT. THE HEAVIEST SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED WEDNESDAY
  MORNING...WHEN RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR MAY OCCUR. THE
  LAKE EFFECT SNOWS WILL TAPER OFF LATE WEDNESDAY AS THE BANDS
  SHIFT BACK TO THE NORTH.

* IMPACTS...DANGEROUS TRAVEL. VERY POOR VISIBILITY. DRIFTING SNOW
