“Who Am I?” An Old Oneonta Photograph Mystery (Part 3)

Here is another classic garage sale find.  This card is in pristine condition and dates from around 1900.  The person is unidentified.

I call this guy "Doc."  I think of him as a local Oneonta physician.  The wire rimmed glasses, the fussy tie, the elaborate walrus mustache.  I can see him in a Fox Hospital white lab coat reading an X-ray or something.

I wonder if anybody recognizes Doc?
