Stand back....Big Chuck has a hankering!

I love hamburgers but really cannot find one that meets the "Welcome Inn Test".  The Welcome Inn, once located on Rt. 7 between Sidney and Bainbridge, was the best hamburger joint in the world.  It is now long gone and I have been looking for one to meet its match ever since. So...

Where do you suggest that I visit for the best hamburger around?  I am looking for a place in Otsego, Delaware and Chenango counties only. Maybe McDonalds (above)?  Maybe a road-side stand in remote Delaware County?  Maybe a fancy restaurant in Norwich? Then, in two weeks, I will personally visit the "people's choice" winner and treat myself to the best burger around.  And I will photograph me doing so.
