Traffic and water service in the area of Hudson Street in Oneonta will be affected today for a water valve installation. Hudson Street will be closed from Sand Street to Eighth Street until work is complete. All local traffic using the section of Hudson Street that is closed during this time, please enter and exit the Eighth Street side of the work zone. Water will be shut off for a few hours while the new valve is being installed.
