* IMPACTS...POTENTIAL FROSTBITE AND HYPOTHERMIA. THE EXTREME COLD
  MAY ALSO LEAD TO POTENTIAL FROZEN PIPES.

* WIND CHILL READINGS...AS LOW AS 20 TO 35 BELOW ZERO SATURDAY AND
  AS LOW AS 25 TO 40 BELOW SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.
