Virginia Man Arrested Locally Also Wanted in Home State

The man from Virginia arrested on felony criminal sexual act charges is found to be wanted on a warrant from his home state. Police say they took 50-year-old Randolph Browning of Danville, Virginia into custody after a citizen tipped them off that he was looking for a hotel room where he could bring a teenage girl for sex. A check of Browning’s records found he was wanted for felony embezzlement in Virginia. He was booked into the Chenango County jail pending his arraignment.
