Join us each and every Saturday morning at 7:00 a.m. for our community affairs program called "This Week in Central New York."

On this week's show (July 6):

Leslie Ann chatted with Diana Friedell, a minister at the Institute for Spiritual Development on Dietz Street in Oneonta (ISD). ISD has been providing spiritual guidance and help to many in our Oneonta area for a few years and Diana told us the background of the business, along with upcoming lectures over the summer.

Big Chuck interviewed Barbara Ann Heegan.  She is the President and CEO of the Otsego County Chamber of Commerce.  She tells us about the group's upcoming initiatives.  The chamber is very excited about their program in getting employment help for those struggling with addictions, and she also shared with us the new copy of the county's information booklet.

And finally Leslie Ann talked with Jeff O'Handley, the Program Director for the Otsego County Conservation Association.  The topic was "invasive species" and Jeff told us about the specific problem of water chestnuts and other area invasives.

Join us next Saturday, July 13 at 7:00 a.m. for "This Week in Central New York."
