As most of my listeners know, I have done more than forty Big Chuck Buses with Eastern Travel over the years.  Fifteen years ago we did our first one.  We took a bus to Atlantic City to see Trisha Yearwood in concert.  She arranged for all 52 people on my bus to have front row seats  and graciously greeted each one of us with a hug, a photo and an autograph before the show.

I have been in love with Trisha Yearwood ever since.

Barry Manilow is the best selling pop artists in history.  After decades of performing and dozens of top hits, he continues to sell out concerts at every stop on his annual tours.  I have seen him twice.  Years ago at the Stanley Theater in Utica, and just a few months ago at Turning Stone Casino.  His shows are exciting and entertaining and his voice is still great.

Last night on my Thursday Night Jukebox on WSRK a listener made a request for Barry's song "Lay Me Down."  While searching for it I was astounded to see a video of Barry doing this song in 2000 with my favorite female singer, Trisha Yearwood.

I watched it several times and just wanted to share this awesome performance with all of you.  Like I said, I was totally surprised to find this great video. Barry plays his song with great sensitivity and Trisha, well, she is perfection of course.   I do hope you enjoy it!
