Traffic Stop in Greene Turns Up Drugs and Guns in Preston
New York State Police say more charges may be coming against a Preston, New York man after they seized numerous drugs following what started as a traffic stop in the Village of Greene.
Authorities say they pulled 32-year-old Phillip Cosilmon over on August 26 then searched his home and found numerous drugs including crystal methamphetamine, cocaine, LSD, suboxone strips and heroin as well as prescription pills, several firearms, including four illegal assault rifles, ammunition, a large amount of cash and several stolen items.

Cosilmon is charged with felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance but more charges are likely according to investigators.
He was sent to the Chenango County Jail on $150,000 bail.
