Today Is National Taco Day! Let The Celebration Begin!

There are "national" food days of all sorts, but you have to admit...THIS IS A GREAT ONE!  And it falls on a Friday no less.

I have to admit that I always thought eating a "soft taco" was kind of weak.  What is that?  Give me a crispy hard shell taco anytime.  You know, the kind where the crumbs end up all over your shirt by the time you are done.  Yes!
