Today Is National Popcorn Day! My Favorite Snack!

Today is National Popcorn Day!

National Popcorn Month is in October so this is very confusing.  But who cares.  I think the movie theaters of America are behind this day.  I love popcorn.  And nobody makes better popcorn than a movie theater.  ANY movie theater.  However my age (and size) now prohibits me from eating that "butter like" junk they pour on it so alas, I have to order my movie popcorn dry.

Having said that...here is my favorite kind of popcorn ever.  Take one bag of any microwave butter-free popcorn.  Make it.  Open up a corner of the steaming hot bag and pour in a couple of drops of Franks Hot Sauce (chicken wing sauce).  Close bag and shake with all your might.

Yummy...and bring on the napkins!!!!!!!!!
