Tips Sought to Catch Norwich Shoplifter

State Police are looking for tips to catch a man wanted for taking over $6,400 in power tools and accessories from Lowe’s in Norwich. The theft happened on Mar. 11 just before 7:00 p.m. and surveillance video shows the man was wearing a dark jacket, a dark baseball cap and jeans.
