Norwich Man Arrested on Felony Child Porn Charges

Felony charges are brought against a Norwich man after a State Police child pornography investigation. Troopers executed a search warrant last Thursday at the home of Charles Rowe and he was taken into custody. He was arraigned for possessing and promoting images consistent with child pornography via the internet then booked into the Chenango County Jail. Assistance was provided by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Computer Unit.
