A man from the state of Kansas charged with intentionally hitting a pedestrian in Hartwick Seminary last November was in court on Monday. According to the Otsego County Sheriff’s the driver identified as George Wang drove off State Route 28 into a grassy area hitting the pedestrian then got back on the road. All Otsego reports Wang filed a not guilty plea to attempted murder and assault charges. He is due back in court on May 24.
