City Takes Next Steps to Revitalize Market Street

Oneonta leaders announce plans to issue requests for proposal to renovate the Municipal Parking Garage and construct a Transit Hub as park of the Downtown Revitalization Initiative. The City will seek a master plan consultant team to provide conceptual architectural and civil engineering design, environmental review and permitting strategy plus governmental advocacy, grant writing and overall project coordination on behalf of the City. A timeline for seeking and reviewing proposals hasn’t been released.
