Three Indicted In Oneonta Kidnapping And Robbery

The three suspects in an Oneonta, NY kidnapping and robbery appeared in court this week.  Frankie Liberata-Garcie, Erick Tavares and James Semidey, all of the Bronx were indicted for felony kidnapping and robbery.

Prosecutors say that on May 5, the trio grabbed a woman off Watkins Avenue in Oneonta, throwing her into a van before demanding money that they claimed she owed them. She was driven to an ATM where she was forced to withdraw $300 which was taken from her.

All three have been remanded to the Otsego County Jail.
