Richfield Springs Accidents Remain Under Investigation

Otsego County Sheriff’s deputies were kept very busy Friday investigating multiple accidents along Main Street in Richfield Springs that resulted in 10 people hurt. According to Sheriff Richard Devlin the crash involved a New York State Office of Fire and Prevention vehicle that hit a total of seven vehicles before coming to a violent stop, crashing into the Richfield Springs Post Office. The investigation turned into four separate accident scenes which kept a half-mile-long section of Main Street shut down until mid-Saturday morning.
