The Oneonta woman struck last month on the Lettis Highway died at an Albany hospital. Police Chief Douglas Brenner said 32-year-old April Johnson was pronounced dead last Saturday. She had been in intensive care after being hit while crossing the road near Main St. in an area that police say was not marked for pedestrians and is not well lit. Brenner says no additional charges are being brought against the drive
