Oneonta Sees A Flurry Of Business Activity! What’s Goin’ In Here?

We have seen a lot of business activity in recent days in Oneonta.  We see new hands on deck at the excellent Fiesta Mexican Grill and Cantina in the Clinton Plaza.  Two new adult bars and eateries have opened up in the downtown area.  The old Polar Bear Ice Cream Shop on Main Street has just opened up as an eatery after being shuttered for a while and much more!

And what about that new attractive group of businesses that just opened on the corner of Main and Ford (the old Sampsons Flooring store)?  It looks beautiful in there!

But how about the old Ponderosa on Chestnut Street?  I just noticed a SOLD sign on it and people inside working.  Any ideas on what is going in there?

According to The Daily Star, the area property was purchased by the owner of The Depot and will become a steakhouse. What do you think?
