Most Annoying Traffic Light in Oneonta

The other day I discovered the most annoying traffic light in Oneonta.  I was the fifth car waiting at a red light to turn left from Rt. 23 Southside onto Lettis Highway.  As the red arrow turned to green, I watched with considerable annoyance as this same light only let three vehicles pass through before turning to red again. Are you kidding me?  I looked behind me at the long line waiting to make that same turn and I thought to myself "Hope your not in a hurry".

Considering the amount of traffic on Rt. 23 Southside, I think the light should at least be adjusted to allow five or six cars through.  Am I right?  Where do you think the most annoying traffic light is?
