Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert Issued For Area

The New York State Police at Binghamton have issued a Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert.

Helen Oltz, 88, of Kirkwood, has been missing since 10:00 am on Saturday December 21st. She has dementia and may be in need of medical attention. Helen may be driving a 2007 gray Buick Rendezvous with New York registration BXZ8810 . It is unknown what she was wearing when she went missing.
