We continue to keep you updated on confirmed cases in our tri-county region of Central New York. As of May 14, according to The New York State COVID-19 Tracker, the total number of cases is holding at 112 in Chenango County. Delaware County Public Health is at 63 confirmed coronavirus cases and in Otsego County, the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases is holding at 62, in fact, health officials report that there have been no new cases in Otsego County for 14 days.

According to the NYS Department of Health, there are currently 340,661 cases of confirmed COVID-19 in the state with 2176 new cases confirmed statewide yesterday. The good news is that the numbers are going down across the state.

Please note that the number of confirmed cases does not reflect the actual number of cases because of limited testing for the virus.
