An autopsy was conducted Sunday on the man killed in a tractor trailer-car accident early Saturday morning in the town of Dryden.

The cause of death of 22-year-old Isaac W. Miller was determined to be from multiple traumatic injuries from the collision. The blood alcohol content of the deceased was determined to be .23 percent.

The driver of the tractor trailer was treated for minor injuries at Cayuga Medical Center and was released. The car, driven by Miller, drifted into the oncoming lane on State Route 13 at about 2:43 a.m. Saturday and hit the tractor trailer head on.
