Local Woman, Rebecca Harder, Wins National Equestrian Title! (PHOTO)

Rebecca Harder, an Oneonta native and OHS graduate, has won a major national equestrian competition.  Harder, who now attends SUNY Oswego, came on first place in the Intermediate Western Horsemanship division.  The event was held in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Rebecca (seen above on her horse "Bubbles") is the daughter of Geri and Dave Harder of West Oneonta.

Harder's teammate, Chelsea Mahaffy, came in fourth place.
