“How Do You Feel About Firearm Background Checks?” (POLL RESULTS)

Last Wednesday we posted a public poll for our listeners and readers.  "How do you feel about requiring background checks for the purchase of firearms?"

Nationally polls showed 9 out of every 10 favored the background checks.  Locally, the results of our poll almost mirror those results exactly.  As of 7:30 a.m. on Monday, April 15, after five days of voting, our listeners registered these numbers:

FAVOR BACKGROUND CHECKS:  89%

NOT IN FAVOR OF BACKGROUND CHECKS: 11%
