Help! Can Anybody Give Me A Creative Idea For Christmas Cookies This Year? Help!

OK...so I think I am a fairly creative guy.  I mean one year I actually melted down my family members' favorite record albums and turned them into snack bowls for God's sake!

But when it comes to baking...ouch.  So, as I approach that night when my beautiful wife calls out "Hey, everybody.  Lets make Christmas cookies together!" I want to throw my self into it with enthusiasm and not slink away in discomfort.

Can anybody out there give me a suggestion for a simple yet "knock your socks off" Christmas Cookie recipe?  And yes...a photo would help!
