Willie Mays turns 82 years old toady.

This legendary New York/San Francisco Giants center fielder ranks in the pantheon of great sports figures.  Two times NL Most Valuable Player, 12 times Golden Gloves winner, 24 times All Star was elected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1979 with 95% of the votes in his first year of eligibility.

What a guy.   Oh, and "Say Hey"...did he make the greatest catch in baseball history?  Some may say no, but nobody will disagree that this was the greatest throw ever.  Judge for yourself....
