Franklin Man Arrested for DWI at Twice Legal Limit
On March 15th, State Police at Oneonta arrested Charles A. Eubanks, 65, of Franklin for driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content result of .16%, twice the legal limit.
The arrest came after police received a report of a disabled vehicle on State Route 28 in Franklin. When the patrol checked the Ouleout Creek Golf Course parking lot, they found Eubanks in a vehicle with a flat tire. Further investigation seemed to reveal that Eubanks had been intoxicated when he was driving.
He will return to the Town of Franklin court on March 27th.
